1. Register for the Conscious Birth classes through the Health Co-op
236-0336.
2. Make arrangements with the Health Co-op for a consultation with a
homebirth midwife* who is on the Bermuda Registry.
3. Schedule an appointment with Dr. Henry Dowling (family physician) at
296-7296 and become a client.
4. Have a conversation with your prenatal care provider according to
their philosophy about birth and what options they support, ie., natural
birth, waterbirth, home birth etc.
5. Hire a homebirth doula** who preferably has a waterbirth credential.
